Dear Fanny,
We have now settled well back into our normal life and are reflecting back, with the help of our photos, on our lovely holiday in Costa Rica.
We enjoyed all the places we visited and the activities we took part in - even the 'hanging bridges'! I haven't had any trouble with my back ever since the wonderful time in the hot springs and it was great to do some body-surfing again. It's too cold in this country! La Paz was a good start because we saw so many birds and butterflies which we could then recognise later. The rainforests were really interesting to experience and we'll remember the wonderful views looking over Lake Arenal and also down to the sea. Los Heroes was a particularly nice hotel and we wished we could have spent another night there. We didn't have time to go on their railway! - but did watch the cows being milked and sat in their little church for a while - a place of character. We much enjoyed La Selve Verde lodge too and Heliconia Island - and all the beautiful flowers there and elswhere.Our only regret was that we didn't see as many birds as we had expected but it was probably the wrong time of year.
We much enjoyed the travelling and were very comfortable in the vehicle you provided - and thought Ricardo was excellent - Reine too. We hope Ricardo has recovered from the dog bite.
Thank you for all the hard work you put into making our trip so enjoyable. We are already recommending Costa Rica to others and would like to also recommend Green Tropical.

Fanny,
It has taken a long time for me to reply. We were extremely pleased with Ricardo and wanted him to get credit for a job very well done. We were also pleased with all of the services and arrangements from Green Tropical. However, we are extremely upset with Green Tropical concerning the second half of the charges paid in-country.

We hope you are well. Just a short note to thank you for arranging such a splendid trip.Costa Rica exceeded our expectations and we had a great time -no small thanks to your organisation. It is such a pleasure to be collected by taxi and taken everywhere and our guide Riccardo was wonderful.
If you speak to him, please give him our best wishes. We hope his bottom is fully recovered!
